The pinpoint job says that it stopped with an error, but actually it found that ccameron@'s https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/4bc282bbe092ab36b1206a09926ba09775669ea4 is the culprit.

Attaching an image of the graph -- it recovers shortly thereafter, then re-regresses, then recovers -- it's just not a reliable signal.
