Fake omnibox goes missing .

Issue description

App Version: 65.0.3284.0 Canary
iOS Version: 11.1
Device: iPhone X ONLY
URL: na

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch Google Chrome in landscape mode.
  2. Open a new tab in landscape mode.
  3. Long press on any of the most visited tiles in ntp .
  4.When the context menu appears , change device orientation to portrait mode and tap on “Open in incognito mode”
  5. Tap on normal tab now.

Observed results: 
Fake omnibox goes missing.

Expected results: 
Fake omnibox should be present.

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5

Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NA, Safari: NA

Not iPhoneX only.  Steps don't require landscape.

1) Open NTP, focus fake omnibox
2) long press most visited, tap open in new incognito tab
3) enter stack view, swipe back to non-incognito ntp, focus ntp.
