main panel of sheriff-o-matic has horizontal scrolling

The content is too wide (I don't see any obvious reason why). This makes is so the content on the right is clipped and I have to scroll to get to it.

In this case, this seems to be because the bugs are stretching the alerts. We should change Sheriff-o-Matic to handle having long content in the alert title bar better.
