Google.com will not load. IPage is replaced with "wingding" characters.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-10 using chrome reported version #62.0.3202.94 and latest canary #65.0.3285.0.

Attached a screen cast for reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Typed www.google.com in chrome.
2. Hit enter
3. Observed that page loaded without any issues.

Reporter@ - Could you please check this issue on latest canary #65.0.3285.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.
The latest chrome builds can be downloaded from the below URL:
https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel

As there is no response/Feedback from the reporter for a long time, closing this issue and marking it as Won't fix.

@Reporter: Please feel to raise a new issue if there are any issues with chrome.
