[Autofill] Should perhaps check ng-model when inferring type prediction

Project Member Reported by ma...@chromium.org, Dec 4 2017

Issue description

On Sephora.com/.ca, the credit card expiration fields don't fill.

We make no type prediction because there is no signal in the name, and the label element is not picked up.

In the attached HTML, however, we see that "ng-model" (angular) carries some signal. Perhaps we could use it for heuristics.

Over to Roger for triage.
