What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open any Google Doc

What is the expected result?
  The doc contents is displayed

What happens instead?
  The empty page is displayed (with cursor if I have suggest access and no cursor otherwise)

Opening the same document works on Stable 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit) (cohort: Stable). I observed the same issue in two previous canaries as well.
