Attaching files in gmail/hotmail got error

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. i try to attach excel
2. starts to attach 
3. after few sec got an error msg that item could not attach

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
When i try to attach files into gmail/hotmail im getting error msg, and dosent work on other pc works normal. 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-10 using chrome reported version #62.0.3202.94 and latest canary #65.0.3286.0.

Attached a screen shot for reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Opened gmail.com and logged into it.
2. Composed mail and tried attaching an excel sheet.
3. Observed that the sheet got attached without any issues.

Reporter@ - Could you please check this issue on latest canary #65.0.3286.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.

As there is no response/feedback from the reporter from more than 6 months hence closing this issue and marking it as Wontfix.

@Reporter: Please feel free to raise a new issue if able to reproduce the issue using latest chrome builds.
The latest chrome builds can be downloaded from the below URL:
