Digital book “Full page width” not working now. With Google Chrome (both in a PC and in a Chromebook), this view only shows the first half of the page.

Reported by aharper5...@gmail.com, Dec 4 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Content is behind a login, so cant replicate but on other browsers it works. Should be able to select 'full width' button and see the digital book i n full width on screen. This still works with IE and FF but now in Chrome latest 62.0.3202.94 you cannot scroll down to the rests of the page. https://gyazo.com/3a1285e53d283ac90d3e452834d6dd3e also two page view not showing correctly: https://gyazo.com/b09ddf9bafa4eb8629579c3e5467549d

What is the expected behavior?
In full width we can scroll o other browsers, and in two page view all of the two pages shows.

"Thanks for filing the issue. After navigating to the URLs provided in comment#0 we didn't find any option ""Full width"" as there were images in the URLs we could not check.

@Reporter : Could you please share a sample test file/URL which helps us to triage the issue in a better way from TE-End."

Since we don't have the URI to reproduce we can't be certain what the issue is. But specifically around that time we changed how scrollTop worked so I'm guessing it was that. Chrome matched the spec and FireFox but some sites might have user agent checks explicitly for chrome to do a specific behavior. Those sites that do that may find scrolling working incorrectly for them and must be updated.
