Ctrl+P shows a blank page while printing on chrome

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Repeated issues being face while printing on chrome
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
The expected behavior is to print When I use Ctrl+P or try to print any page or link that opens on chrome

What went wrong?
A complete blank page is visible instead of the print setting page

Did this work before? Yes the latest version ,it works sometime and sometimes it doesnt

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 

It is really irritating when you are in middle of pages trying to print and it starts working only after you shut down the pc,even erasing history doesnt work
Seems like a bug

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-10 using chrome reported version #62.0.3202.94 and latest canary #65.0.3285.0.

Attached a screenshot for reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Navigated to https://google.co.in
2. Pressed Ctrl.+p
3. Observed that the page showed up for printing along with print setting page.

Reporter@ - Could you please check this issue on latest canary #65.0.3285.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.

Considering it only sometimes does not work, and it works for most users, it may take some time to track down this problem. For starters, I would definitely try disabling all extensions and see if that makes a difference.

Questions:

1) Can you right click on the blank print preview dialog to bring up a context menu, like one should be able to on a webpage?

2) Instead of ctrl + p, does printing with the system dialog via ctrl + shift + p work?
I also wondering if this is a graphics issue. Can you try the --disable-gpu flag and see if that makes a difference? https://www.chromium.org/developers/how-tos/run-chromium-with-flags

As there is no response/Feedback from the reporter for comment#1 & 3 from long duration, hence closing this issue and marking it as Won't fix.
