Video/youtube got crashed, while switching from Extended mode to Mirror mode(multiple times) in HDMI/DP

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Boot the System.
2. Connect HDMI/DP via HoHo/DingDong dongle.
3. Play any local video or youtube video.
4. change Extended mode to Mirror mode (multiple times).

What is the expected behavior?
should work without any issues

system got crashed

I'm very confused by this report. The user agent reported in the description says this is Windows but the symptoms and label suggest Chrome OS.

Chrome OS 51 is a VERY old version (1.5 years). Current stable channel is 62.

If this is Chrome OS, please connect to wifi and go to chrome://chrome to check for updates. If the system is unable to update please follow the steps at https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/1080595?hl=en to recover to a more recent version.

If your problem still occurs please file a new bug and include an ID from chrome://crashes so we can investigate further.

issue is on chrome OS
