Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch Chrome, go to above URL and open devtools.
2.Click on Customize and control... icon and go to More tools > Layers.
3.Perform some other operations and observe.

Actual Result: Browser becomes unresponsive.
Expected Result: Browser should not become unresponsive.

This is Non-regression issue seen from ‘M-57’ build #57.0.2928.0
