Regression : Cursor disappears after clicking in 'Filter' search field in 'Element' section of devtools.

Issue descriptionVersion: 65.0.3284.0 46c535d207b3648ddefdf3f9a588b69ac5ef31f2-refs/heads/master@{#521227} OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.2) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open devtools. 2. Now under 'Element' section click on 'New style Rule' icon and then immediately click on 'Filter' search field,observe Actual: Cursor disappears after clicking in 'Filter' search field Expected: Cursor should stay in 'Filter' search field after clicking in it. This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 62’ and will soon update other info : Good build:62.0.3181.0 Bad build: 62.0.3182.0

Rechecked the above issue on OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.3) with latest canary chrome version: 66.0.3329.0 and the issue is fixed.Kindly refer attached screen cast for reference. |
