Hindi phonetic keyboard doesn't work |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: R64 OS: Chrome OS What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Enable/activate the Hindi phonetic keyboard. (2) Type in an input field, the keyboard is working. (3) Idle for 20+ seconds. (4) Typing in an input field. What is the expected result? Can input Hindi characters. What happens instead? The keyboard is not working. Only input English letters.
