Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Load chrome with a few pages as startup
2. switch to the tab e.g. gmail once
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
tab shows

What went wrong?
tab does not show, it's white instead.

when I switch to another tab, then switch back to the tab, it paints correctly.

Did this work before? Yes works fine in dev
