Main Console View: Right-click on bot -> Open new tab makes the tooltip stick around

Issue description

In the top box of the main console view, little rectangles represent individual bot runs. If you right click one, and select open new tab (like you might do for a failure), after you close your pop up Window, the previous tooltip is hovering around like a ghost. This is easily fixed by clicking on it, but still seems like a minor bug.

attached is a small screenshot illustrating the result (two tooltips).
