Disable Plugin in Right-Click Options Modal on Right of Adress Bar

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install a Plugin
2. Right-Click on Plugin's Icon
3. Look at Plugins Options Modal

What is the expected behavior?
1. Install a Plugin
2. Right-Click on Plugin's Icon
3. Look at Plugins Options Modal
4. Disable Plugin

What went wrong?
How nice would be diable a plugin without leave current page? 10/10

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94  Channel: beta
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:
