Color Block and Allow buttons differently on notifications question

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.30 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Visit a site that wants to show notifications.

What is the expected behavior?
Block and Allow buttons would be colored differently.

What went wrong?
Unlike Facebook etc. the user is give a choice between two buttons both colored white. One should be in a "recommended answer" color, (blue).
So as an enhancement, please make Allow blue.
