On relaunch, you're automatically signed out of all google websites such as gmail and youtube

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3278.0 Safari/537.36 Example URL: www.youtube.com Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open google.com and sign in with your google account 2. Close chrome and re-open and visit google.com 3. You will see that you are not signed in. What is the expected behavior? You should stay signed into google's websites when you close and relaunch the browser. What went wrong? On relaunch, you're automatically signed out of all google websites such as gmail and youtube. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes Previous Dev Build Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 64.0.3278.0 Channel: dev OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Still not working after deleting user data folder. Even when I download a fresh Chromium build 521295 and try that it still has the same issue. But I tested on another laptop and it works fine?

This is also happening for facebook. You're signed out whenever the browser closes and any automatic logins you have saved (Where you just click your portrait on the main page to log in) require a password to be entered again. This is happening on Chrome Canary as of yesterday but has been happening on Chromium on my other PC for several weeks.

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 64.0.3278.0 and on latest canary 65.0.3286.0 using Windows 10 with steps. 1. Opened google.com and signed in with google account 2. Closed and re-opened chrome and visited Gmail , youtube etc and able to login succesfully. Adding Services>SignIn label. Could someone from dev team take a look into this
