conformance/rendering/rendering-stencil-large-viewport.html fails on Win10 Release (Intel HD 630)

New test was added in

It should be covered by the expectation, however it reports as failing on the bot:

Sorry, the test case is a conformace test and we should update webgl_conformance_expectations.py. This failure has been fixed by Yunchao's patch(https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/804684)
