Looking at https://buganizer.corp.google.com/issues/68357957, in logs from #4, I notice /var/log/messages.X to be quite large.
In particular, /var/log/messages.4 is 70MB, and out of 467348, 420393 (~90%) are filled with arc_camera3_service error message:
