I suspect that adding extra ChromeOS specific links to the Milo view will be problematic.

Doing so for the GE pages probably makes more sense.

I misworded the request - I was thinking this would be added as a step annotation, not built into luci/milo.

We already provide the cidb build id, and the fastest way to get to the annotations editing page is to copy-paste it and munge URLs manually.
