Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch Google Chrome
  2. Open any long url (ex: any google search results page)
  3. Tap on omnibox to focus
  4. Rotate the device to landscape mode
  5. Dismiss the keyboard by tapping on Cancel button in toolbar
  6. Rotate the device to Portrait mode

Observed results: Observe that the ellipsis in the url is slightly overlapped with the toolbar

Expected results: Ellipsis should be displayed within the bounds of the omnibox
