Unnecessary 'Print preview' page and 'Select a destination' dialog closes simaltaneously on pressing 'Esc' key.

Chrome Version: 64.0.3282.0 (Official Build)5fdc0fab22ce7efd32532ee989b223fa12f8171e-refs/heads/master@{#520840} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.2).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome and give print command on any page.
2. Click on Change button under Destination section to open 'Select a destination' dialog.
3. Click any where on dialog box and  press 'Esc' key from keyboard, observe.

Unnecessary print preview page gets closed on pressing 'Esc' key.
Only 'Select a destination' dialog box should get closed on pressing 'Esc' key.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-45 series.
