Non-Regression:Example Highlight word gets misplaced at 25% zoom in Select-to-speak extension page

Issue description

Chrome Version:64.0.3280.5/10172.0.0 dev channel Paine,Celes,Kip
OS:Chrome OS 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user ->go to chrome://settings/manageAccessibility ->In text-to Speech,enable Select-to-speak 
(2)Open Select-to-speak settings page(i.e.,chrome-extension://klbcgckkldhdhonijdbnhhaiedfkllef/options.html)
(2)Zoom the page to 25% and Observe the misplace of Example Highlight word

Actual: Example Highlight word gets misplaced at 25% zoom
Expected:Example Highlight word shouldn't get misplaced at 25% zoom

This is a Non-Regression issue as it is new feature introduced in M-64.

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS

Moving from just having STS label to also having the UI>Accessibility>SelectToSpeak component to make searching easier in the future.

Verified. Steps taken:
# Launch Settings, Accessibility, Select to Speak settings.
# Zoom to 200%
# Scroll down to bottom of menu to see highlighted word. 

Word is positioned correctly.
