Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. When clicking a file, it downloads to the default folder set by gpo or per default to userprofile\download.

What is the expected behavior?
I would like that there is an GPO available to set chrome in such a way that a popup is shown to where to save the file.
In the settings of chrome this option is available, i would like to have an GPO as well.
