What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected result?

Timeline should be straight

What happens instead?
Seeing a jump in Android PLT for stable after M62 became default.

Due to a change in measurement here:
https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/c3f876b18c07c50b360b93fb91ec67549b58deb8

We made our metric more accurate, to include up to the GPU swap time.
