MILO lagged for 30s giving me for 404 for an already started build

How to repro:
  # create new test CL
  $ git cl upload -s --cq-dry-run
  $ watch git cl try-results
  # and find URL of an already running build like this:
  Started:
    chromium_presubmit    
  http://build.chromium.org/p/tryserver.chromium.linux/builders/chromium_presubmit/builds/606699
  Total: 1 try jobs

Possibly so. I'll pay attention and will update this bug if it happens for pure LUCI builds.
