Issue descriptionChrome Version: 62.0.3202.82 OS Version: 9901.66.0 URLs (if applicable) : https://labmanager.mcgraw-hill.com/preview/?qk=b0901b002cfa6bb2c347847c2d1b0bab&use_delivery_scoresheet=1 Other browsers tested (There is no alternative browser on a Chromebook?): Safari: N/A Firefox: N/A IE/Edge: N/A What steps will reproduce the problem? (You do not need to answer any questions) 1. Go to the link above 2. Click Start 3. You should be on a page that has a passage called "The Robin and the Vase..." 4. Activate ChromeVox next 5. Click on a paragraph in the passage on the left What is the expected result? That it will read the paragraph in the passage. What happens instead of that? Instead it does nothing. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. This is a continuation of a previous Issue (777498) as I found a way to share the page with you. The link I provided below is a shareable link of one of the digital applications assessments The passage is readable when switching back to Chrome Classic; however, I work in a larger district and that is more of a band-aid solution given that this problem affects out K-5 students. UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9901.66.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.82 Safari/537.36

Edited test for ease-of-use. Only contains one question (that has the problem).

I edited the description to include updated instructions now that @daniel.finger has made the test shorter with just one question.

ChromeVox typically won't read items you click on. I would encourage you to look into Select to Speak https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/177893?hl=en which does perhaps more of what you are looking for. |
