What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Go to the link above
2. Click Start 
2. Click Save & Continue
3. Click Save & Continue
4. You should be on a page that has a passage called "Nonrenewable Resources"
5. Activate ChromeVox next
6. Click on a paragraph in the passage on the left

What is the expected result?
That it will read the paragraph in the passage.

What happens instead of that?
Instead it does nothing.

This is a continuation of a previous Issue (777498) as I found a way to share the page with you. The link I provided below is a shareable link of one of the digital applications assessments

The passage is readable when switching back to Chrome Classic; however, I work in a larger district and that is more of a band-aid solution given that this problem affects out K-5 students.
