Chromium Dash Feedback - what do "regression" and "triage SLO" mean?

Looking at, say, https://chromiumdash.appspot.com/components/Infra , I'm not sure what the "regression" and "triage SLO" columns represent? It looks like the former are bugs tagged with "Bug-Regression" and the latter are things that have been unconfirmed for > 7 days? It'd be good to have a link to an explanation somewhere.

It'd also be good to have a link to the SLO definitions somewhere, to explain the mentions in the graphs.

We've received this feedback before and have addressed it in our staging instance, which we'll be swapping over to once all our blocking bugs are complete (2-3 weeks); PTAL @ https://chromiumdash-staging.googleplex.com/components and re-open this bug if you think more work is needed past that.
