Improve the result quality of voice search in VR by adding extra language model

On Android, it is possible to provide extra language model to speech recognition service. We should investigate add this model
RecognizerIntent.LANGUAGE_MODEL_WEB_SEARCH to voice recognition back end.

The usage of voice search is still pretty small at the moment. de-prioritize this.
