Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Receive a showingtime.com feedback email into gmail 2. Print the email to a Sharp PS 3070 driver 3. View the printed results and observe the printing error on the second page. What is the expected behavior? The email should print in its entirety as displayed in the print preview. What went wrong? Printing of first page of document is successful but when it reaches a certain code in the feedback showing email from showingtime.com the printing stops and the error: undefindedresult prints with the error details as shown below: ERROR: undefinedresult OFFENDING COMMAND: setcachedevice OPERAND STACK: 10 10 -10 -10 0 1 .notdef --nostringval-- --nostringval-- Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Printing works perfectly of the same email and printer driver in Firefox so it is definitely Chrome's built-in printing function causing the error. Saving as a PDF and opening with Adobe Reader to print is a workaround.

Can you check if this still happens in Chrome 63 or higher? This sounds a lot like https://crbug.com/767343 which was fixed in 63. If this is still a problem: 1. Can you attach an example document that causes the error? We have a PS printer here so if you can attach a sample document we will hopefully be able to reproduce the bug. 2. The following workaround may help while we investigate the problem: Try navigating to chrome://flags, searching for "Disable PostScript Printing", and changing the setting to "Enabled".

Assuming you are now on Chrome 66 or higher, if you: 1) Change "Disable PostScript Printing" to "default" in chrome://flags . 2) Restart the browser. 3) Try printing again. Has this issue gone away?
