What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build>>In OOBE screen, click on Accessibility and enable Chromevox.
(2)Now, click on ubertray , then click on volume icon and observe the chromevox focus
Expected: Chromevox focus should be seen on volume icon
Actual: Instead, it is seen on US Keyboard.
This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M55.
NOTE: Issue is not seen on Linux and Windows
