[Password Manager] PasswordManagerBrowserTestBase.ChangePwdWhenTheFormContainNotUsernameTextfield should simulate key presses instead of Javascript modifying

Project Member Reported by kolos@chromium.org, Nov 30 2017

Issue description

Since GetPasswordForm consider user input for fields filtering and classification, this test should simulate key presses.

Otherwise, autofilled value in old password field will be consider user input, but Javascript modified values (new password and confirmation fields) will be ignored as they don't have user input.

Vasilii: is it fine to use content::SimulateKeyPress in password_manager_browsertest.cc? Or shall we move the test to the interactive tests?

You can try. There is a chance that the test will be flaky due to real focus events. Then we could move it to interactive tests.
