Currently, if the user tries to view a saved password on mobile Chrome without having a screen lock set, Chrome refuses to show the password and asks the user to set up the screen lock in settings.

As  https://crbug.com/788701#c4  points out, we might allow the user to go there instead of just vaguely mentioning that. Perhaps a button to open the settings, or at least a Help Centre article for how to do that?

Before we implement this we need obviously some UX design and also a check with security.
