Blank label is seen for selected unknown device on https://permission.site.

OS:Win(7,8,10), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.2), Linux(14.04 LTS)

Test URL: https://permission.site

Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch Chrome, go to the above URL, click on USB option and select an Unknown device.
2.Click on Secure chip and observe.

Actual Result: Blank label is seen for selected unknown device.
Expected Result: Label text should be seen for selected unknown device.

This is Non-regression issue seen from ‘M-61’ build #61.0.3118.0

As this being a Non-Regression issue, changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.
