vertical scroll elevator(thumb) in div disappeared,vertical scroll area show correctly

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. large height div inside smaller height div ; 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? it should show vertical elevator inside scroll area, What went wrong? worked correctly until one week before, maybe some version chrome change caused the problem Did this work before? Yes ? Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: checked with same javascript application(URL) with Microsoft Edge browser:it shows correctly the elevator in vertical scroll area. and response correctly on elevator mouse drag, so the problem is in chrome last versions

Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version 62.0.3202.94 and latest Canary 64.0.3279.0 using Windows 7 & Windows 10 with the below jsfiddle. Could you please provide sample test file, that would help us in Triaging the issue from TE-end jsfiddle: http://jsfiddle.net/Wcgvt/181/

I think I found the regression in chrome, (that not influenced on MS edge for example), see my fiddle : https://jsfiddle.net/yyj19xr2/ when you change on the inside div id=id="id_70_197_scroll_virtual", the style border to : border: 1px solid yellow; the elevetor is visible ! when the border property is : border: 0px solid yellow; or : border: 1px; or : your remove completely the border:... property from style="... the elevator is not visible this is change regression of chrome javascript engine from previous versions, because it worked perfectly for long time now that I know what happened I'll change the code, but such thing should not happen

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported version 62.0.3202.94 and latest canary 65.0.3285.0 using Win10 Steps to reproduce the issue: 1) Navigated to: https://jsfiddle.net/yyj19xr2/ 2) Able to see vertical scroll elevator in vertical scroll area @reporter: Please find the attached screencast for your reference, can you please provide the screencast for the issue you are facing Pease try in latest canary in new profile with no extensions and apps in it and let us know if the issue still persists Thanks!

support, miracle, same chrome version: 62.0.3202.94 now everything work correct ! I checked in my 2 different applications (and in my attached js.fiddle), the elevator, and it reacts correctly thanks for help, we can close this topic EL
