[US Colemak keyboard]Too many '~' display on the vk

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to US Colemak keyboard
2.Click 'alt gr' key from the virtual keyboard
3.Click Shift key
  
Actual result: 
There're 11 '~' keys display on the vk.
