Hardware issue with some Asus "bob" TPM error after ChromeOS install |

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Install chrome os from USB 2. run "chromeos-tpm-recovery" command 3. reboot and get "! Chrome OS is missing or damaged." screen What is the expected behavior? Operating system should be installed and functional What went wrong? chromeos-tpm-recovery Stopping trunksd... (was not running) ERROR: TPM: Cannot open TPM device /dev/tpm0: No such file or directory ERROR: Platform Hierarchy is disabled, TPM can't be recovered exiting after install, stuck at "! Chrome OS is missing or damaged." Did this work before? Yes seems to be only on some of these devices Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version:
