Notification API: Notifier is not displaying full title

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: The attached file is an angular project. Please run "npm install" in the directory first. Run "ng serve" and in chrome navigate to "http://localhost:4200" Once running click on "Show Notifier" button. What is the expected behavior? The notifier should display with the title "Mentioned in PrivateNe1Wksp1" What went wrong? The notifier displays "Mentioned in " and doesn't include the text "PrivateNe1Wksp1" Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: No other browsers have the same problem FF/Safari/Edge work fine here. This is only reproducible with Chrome on Windows. Chrome on Mac works fine.

I'm not sure I want to run a binary on my computer. Can you host this on the web somewhere? What web-exposed API is it using? (I'm not sure what "Worker Notification API" is.)

Looks like this issue about Notifications API (blink/renderer/modules/notifications/notification.idl). Added UI>Notifications.
