Magic Signature: 'blink::LayoutBox::ShouldClipOverflow'

This is top#3rd renderer crash on latest beta-63.0.3239.53 & seeing 227 instances from 211 clients so far on Android OS.

This bug is split out from crbug.com/750500 since it is not the same crash.

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
All of these crashes with the given signature are in 63.0.3239.53, and the
latest beta is now 63.0.3239.60 (released on 11/22). From this I conclude
that the crashes are gone or changed signature.
