A11Y: Chromevox reads random text while editing in QuickOffice

Steps to repro:
# With Chromevox running: open a .doc or .docx file
This file should contain a page of formatted text including text on the first line, and several numbered lists and sub lists
# Start typing random letters
# Notice Chromevox begins reading the entire document
# Notice as you continue to type Chromevox announces "Deleted"

Expected: Nothing is read while typing

Actual: Document is read with each key press.
