MD extensions "Developer mode" switch is clipped off at certain window widths

Google Chrome	64.0.3280.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)

1. open chrome://extensions page
2. resize the browser window to approximately 900px width
   (this is the moment when the page switches from two columns to one)
3. observe the "developer mode" switch in the top-right corner

Expected: the switch is fully visible
Observed: the switch is partly or fully invisible

Eh :-) I've searched for "extensions overflow" but didn't search for "oveflow" (that issue has a typo in the title).
