Pinned tabs unexpectedly removed

Reported by mefistof...@gmail.com, Nov 29 2017

Issue description

Labels: -Type-Bug-Security -Restrict-View-SecurityTeam Needs-Feedback Type-Bug
Summary: Pinned tabs unexpectedly removed (was: Причина удаления закрепленных вкладок.)
Text: If you go to a browser from another application, for example, open a link to YouTube from Votsap with the default Chrome browser, then the browser will delete all pinned tabs.

On what platform do you have this problem? Could you record a video or include screenshots to help us understand what you're seeing?

Platform:
Windows 8
Google Chrome Version 62.0.3202.94 (Official build), (32 bit)

Reproduction of the problem:
1) Open WhatsApp.
2) Click on the link to YouTube from the message in Whatsapp (Figure 1).
3) YouTube opens in the Google Chrome browser.

The problem: the tabs previously attached to the browser have been removed.

Did not start to play, that not to restore tabs again. :)

Windows 8
Google Chrome

3) YouTube открывается в браузере Google Chrome.
