Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3202.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open google chrome
2. attempt to switch to a different open window (IE say you're working in Chrome but want to switch to InDesign, which is open on your desktop

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome should default to move behind whichever application window is currently open on the screen. IE, when clicking away from Chrome onto InDesign, the InDesign window should automatically be brought to the front.

What went wrong?
Chrome doesn't move behind the new window that's selected. The selected window (in this case, Indesign) is completely obscured by Chrome.

Did this work before? Yes

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.94 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.1
Flash Version:
