What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Update calendare to new design
(2)Click to alien event (not your; event of another person)
(3)Event with advice is displayed. you can not close it. all buttons are non-sticking.
(4) Update page. Repeate 1-4 steps. everything repeats. it's not a one time problem
(5) Update page. Click to your event. Event with advice is displayed. But you have button Ok that can close advice. And after it you can close event.

you don't repeate step1: (1)Update calendare to new design. you do not have a popup with advices.
when you switch from old calendar design to the new calendare design, first time your events are displayed with advices.
if after the update you immediately open your event, you will have the OK button on the tips. you can close advice and event (case 1).
But (case 2) if after the update you immediately open alien event, you will not have the OK button on the tips. you can not close advice and event (see my screen. on the advice there is no button ok. you can not close the advice. since you did not close the advice, you can not close the event).
