What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a page with a url longer than the width of the omnibox
(2) Focus the omnibox
(3) Rotate the device twice (portrait-landscape-portrait)
(4) Unfocus the omnibox

What is the expected result?
The state should be the same as 1.

What happens instead?
The URL is bigger than the omnibox.

Please assess severity.
