HTMLImageElement.naturalWidth/naturalHeight does not return the intrinsic size for SVG images in some cases

When the SVG image referenced by an <img> either has no intrinsic width/height or has only an intrinsic ratio, naturalWidth/naturalHeight will not return the correct intrinsic dimension, but rather a concrete object size.

The following existing test should cover the relevant cases:

  fast/dom/HTMLImageElement/image-natural-width-height-svg.html
