Looks like this is specifically virtual/prefer_compositing_to_lcd_text/scrollbars/custom-scrollbar-adjust-on-inactive-pseudo.html This may be related to bug 789567, and like that one it looks like this is not flaky anymore. hbos, in general please don't cc layout-dev on bugs; you can just let these go through the regular triage process
