Regression: Unwanted bold font is seen for the text in Notification in Lock screen

Chrome Version:63.0.3239.70/10032.59.0 beta-channel Daisy,Candy,Reks
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user and lock the screen 
(2)Click on Notification button and observe

Expected: Text should be seen in normal font
Actual: Text is seen in bold even when focus is not there on the notification

This is a Regression issue as same is working in M62

NOTE: Issue is not seen in Linux and Windows
