Investigate why we cant use 'label' as the property name in .idl file

I build chrome with the command:
ninja -C out/Default -j640 -l 10 chrome extensions_unittests

But it got stuck at the following step:
ninja: Entering directory `out/Default'
[1/1] Regenerating ninja files
[3851/38208] ACTION //extensions/browser/api:api_registration_bundle_generator_registration(//build/toolchain/linux:clang_x64)

It can pass the build after I change 'label' to something else.
